Our Services » Certified Translation

CERTAIN OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS

(birth certificates, diplomas, marriage certificates, company statutes, deeds, driver’s licenses…) require a translation certified by the Court of Appeal (the requesting organization often requires a certified translation).

This type of translation confers upon the translated document the same legal value as the original. Both the original and the translation are stamped with an official seal.

Commercial translations do not require this type of certification. However, we sometimes recommend it for translations of contracts, statutes, or certificates.

TO BE MORE EFFICIENT

we prefer to have the originals on hand in order to complete a certified translation.

We then return the documents to you by mail along with a hard copy of the certified translation.
